Celetious respects the privacy of people who visit our website or contact us about a project.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be processed through service providers, how long it may be retained, and how you can contact us about your information.
This policy applies to celetious.com and to enquiries submitted through the website.
Celetious operates from India and aims to handle personal data transparently and responsibly in accordance with privacy and data-protection laws that apply to our activities. This includes applicable requirements under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as relevant provisions come into force. Depending on where and how Celetious offers its services, privacy laws in other jurisdictions may also apply.
Information We Collect
We primarily collect information when you choose to contact Celetious or submit a Project Brief.
Depending on what you provide, this may include:
- your name;
- business or brand name;
- email address;
- phone or WhatsApp number;
- the service you are interested in;
- approximate project budget, where voluntarily provided;
- your preferred contact method; and
- information you provide about your business, project, objectives, timeline or requirements.
The Project Brief does not currently support file uploads.
When you visit the website, limited technical information may also be processed automatically by the services used to deliver, secure and operate the website. This may include information such as IP address, browser or device information, request information and security-related technical data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only for purposes reasonably connected with your enquiry or relationship with Celetious.
This may include:
- reviewing and understanding your enquiry;
- responding to you;
- discussing a potential project;
- understanding your business requirements;
- preparing relevant project information, scope or proposals;
- communicating during a client relationship;
- maintaining appropriate business records;
- protecting the website and enquiry forms from misuse; and
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use Project Brief information for unrelated behavioural advertising.
Celetious does not sell or rent personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Project Enquiry Forms
Celetious uses Web3Forms to process submissions made through the Project Brief form.
When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms so that it can be processed and delivered to Celetious.
For the Celetious form, Web3Forms is currently configured to retain submitted form data for up to 30 days. After the configured retention period, the submission is permanently deleted from the Web3Forms service according to its retention settings.
Celetious does not currently send Project Brief submissions to:
- Google Sheets;
- a CRM platform; or
- a separate enquiry database.
Once an enquiry has been delivered to Celetious, a copy may remain within our email and ordinary business records in accordance with the retention approach described below.
Web3Forms operates under its own privacy, security and service practices.
Website Hosting and Security
Celetious uses Cloudflare infrastructure and services to help deliver and protect the website.
As part of providing those services, Cloudflare may process limited technical and network information required to route website traffic, deliver content, detect malicious activity and maintain the security and availability of the website.
Celetious takes reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the website and the information being processed to help protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Celetious does not currently use:
- Google Analytics;
- Meta Pixel;
- behavioural advertising tools;
- remarketing trackers; or
- similar third-party marketing tracking technologies.
We do not currently use website behaviour to build advertising profiles about visitors.
Essential technical processing may still occur through infrastructure, security and form-processing providers where necessary to operate, deliver and protect the website.
If Celetious introduces analytics, advertising technologies or other optional tracking tools in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent or notice mechanisms will be reviewed before those tools are used.
Data Retention
Web3Forms is currently configured to retain Project Brief submissions for up to 30 days.
This retention period applies to the copy held within Web3Forms and does not necessarily determine how long an enquiry remains within Celetious's email or normal business records.
Celetious may retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to the enquiry;
- manage a potential or existing client relationship;
- maintain appropriate business records;
- protect legitimate business or security interests; or
- meet applicable legal obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted periodically.
We do not state an arbitrary fixed retention period for all business correspondence where doing so would not accurately reflect how the information is used or maintained.
Data Security
Celetious takes reasonable measures to help protect the personal information handled through the website.
These measures may include secure website transmission, access controls, appropriate account-security practices and security protections provided by our hosting and service providers.
Access to enquiry information is intended to be limited to people or services that reasonably require it for the purposes described in this policy.
Despite these measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
You may contact Celetious if you would like to:
- ask about personal information associated with your enquiry;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request updating or completion of information;
- request deletion where appropriate;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or
- raise a concern about how your information has been handled.
Depending on your location and the law applicable to a particular processing activity, you may have additional privacy rights. These may include rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, or the ability to raise a complaint with an appropriate data-protection authority, where provided by applicable law.
As relevant provisions of applicable data-protection law come into force, additional statutory rights and procedures may also apply.
Requests can be sent to:
We may request enough information to reasonably confirm that the request relates to the person whose information is involved.
International Processing
Some service providers used by Celetious may operate technical infrastructure in countries outside India.
As a result, personal or technical information may be processed or stored outside India as part of providing website hosting, security, email delivery or form-processing services.
Where cross-border data-processing or transfer requirements apply, Celetious will handle personal information subject to the relevant legal requirements applicable to that processing.
Third-Party Links
The Celetious website may contain links to websites or services operated by other organisations.
These may include:
- portfolio websites;
- client or project websites;
- social-media platforms;
- WhatsApp;
- email services; and
- other external websites.
When you leave the Celetious website, the privacy practices of the destination website or service apply.
Celetious does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of independent third parties.
We encourage you to review their privacy information where appropriate.

We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the Project Brief form.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Celetious inappropriately, please contact:
We will review the matter and take appropriate steps where necessary.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a child is generally an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age. Additional requirements relating to children's personal data may apply as the relevant provisions come into force.

This policy should be reviewed before introducing technologies or practices such as:
- website analytics;
- advertising pixels;
